I personally draw squares and color them differently : one completely, another one with cross hatching, another one from the middle and then I make a spiral, etc...
Maybe try to draw different facial expressions?
It's also the occasion to experiment new things too :D
Don't be too hard on yourself! It's okay if you don't draw for some day, you should draw for yourself first :)
